• Mondays 20:00 to 22:15 at Whampoa Pool (Intro & Beginner's friendly)
• Wednesdays 20:00 to 22:15 at Whampoa Pool (Intermediate to Senior)
• Fridays 20:00 to 22:15 at Whampoa Pool (Intermediate to Senior)
• Saturdays 16:00 to 18:00 at Wah Yan Pool (Intermediate to Senior, only from April to October)
